Daughter’s Day

June 9, 2020

Hi, I am Aadhya, and this is my first blog! I chose to write my first blog today since it’s Daughter’s Day! Now, I know what you’re thinking, Daughter’s Day isn’t a celebration that everyone celebrates. It’s a celebration that my family cherishes, and it is a tradition that my family started five years ago.

I get breakfast in bed every year on daughter’s day, and this year was no different. My mom gave me a new pair of earrings, and they are so pretty! My parents also sent me a lovely message. We usually go out for dinner on daughter’s day, but this year we didn’t because of the Covid-19 pandemic. It was nice to stay at home and spend some time with my parents.

What do you think about my first blog post? Comment down below!

“Love what you do.”

  1. Few days ago I was looking at my facebook and facebook shows us our past post what we have posted exactly on same day of past. So it was my post of 6 or 7 years back on Nepali fathers day, I had written that my fathers was saying we celebrate mothers day, fathers day so we should also celebrate daughter’s day. I completely forgot about that.

  5. Hi Aadhya – Daughter’s Day is a lovely tradition. How appropriate that Daughter’s Day is right between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Lucky daughter – lucky parents.
